A Caprese pizza during a trip to Italy in Pisa served as the inspiration for the OLIVIA tray. A striking feature of the pizza was a particularly high and rounded edge, which gives the wooden tray its characteristic look. The tray is available in three different formats – 30 cm, 35 cm and 40 cm in diameter – which can be stacked inside each other. As the tray is milled evenly and symmetrically on both sides, there is no top and bottom. The trays can be stacked like a stacking game in both directions, from large to small and from small to large. The tray is made of solid ash and has an open-pore lacquer finish.

Eine Pizza Caprese während einer Italienreise in Pisa diente als Inspiration für das Tablett OLIVIA. Ein auffälliges Merkmal der Pizza war ein besonders hoher und kugelig geformter Rand, der dem Holztablett seinen charakteristischen Ausdruck verleiht. Das Tablett gibt es in drei verschiedenen Formaten – 30 cm, 35 cm und 40 cm Durchmesser – die sich ineinander stapeln lassen. Da das Tablett beidseitig gleichmäßig ausgefräst und symmetrisch ist, gibt keine Ober- und Unterseite. Die Tabletts können so wie ein Stapelspiel in beide Richtungen gestapelt werden, von groß nach klein und von klein nach groß. Das Tablett ist aus massiver Esche und offenporig lackiert.
